Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Recruiter specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Care/Account Management, and Sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in these key areas. As a Lead Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates who contribute to our company’s growth and success.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and engage potential candidates for GTM roles, aligning with the organization’s business objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through the recruitment process, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and interview evaluations. 
  • Work with TA leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships, promoting our organization as an employer of choice in the supply chain domain.
  • Utilize data and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making, optimize recruitment processes, and report on the effectiveness of hiring strategies to senior management.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging different sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on GTM positions.  Highly preferred within a B2B organization focused on supply chain, ecommerce fulfillment, or logistics
  • Exempt level recruitment for sales, marketing, product, solutions, account management, customer care, and procurement

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $82,900/year to $137,650/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.

You will be eligible to participate in the Corporate Bonus Program - a program measured on Financial and Strategic Metrics; paid in accordance with the Incentive Plan terms and conditions.
